Child’s Lane: Identity and Website

Design / Web · 2026

Visual identity and website for Child’s Lane, the Creative Incubation Laboratory at KMUTT.

The lab, part of the School of Architecture and Design at KMUTT, works across animation, immersive media (VR and XR) and games, with projects focused on health and cultural heritage.

I refreshed the lab’s visual identity, including its wordmark, and designed and built the website that presents its research, works, people and process.

The identity is built around two diagonal slashes, one high on the left and one low on the right, that frame a stacked wordmark in a light geometric typeface, like the edges of a lane. It comes in black, muted blue and white, with a full lockup carrying the descriptor and a compact wordmark for small sizes. Artwork and imagery sit outside the slash frame, so the mark stays quiet and the lab’s films carry the colour.
