This research aims to delve into the auditory aspects of Pad Thai, a renowned Thai dish with deep cultural value and a symbol of Thai culinary heritage. By meticulously investigating the sound production process of Pad Thai, including the sizzling of ingredients, the rhythmic stir-frying, and the harmonious blending of flavors, this study seeks to not only enhance our understanding of the sensory experience associated with this iconic dish but also explore its cultural significance as a representation of Thai cuisine and national identity. Furthermore, through experimental integration of Pad Thai's sound elements into video arts, this research aims to showcase the rich cultural tapestry and artistic potential that can be derived from the fusion of culinary traditions and visual storytelling, offering new perspectives on the interplay between food, sound, and cultural expression.
